Welcome to the Young People’s Philharmonic of the Lehigh Valley ("YPPLV," “YPP,” “JSP,” “Presto,” "we," "our," or "us") website located at www.YPPLV.org (the "Website"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website and any services, registrations, purchases, donations, memberships, or digital content made available through the Website.

1. About YPPLV

The Young People’s Philharmonic of the Lehigh Valley is organized for the purposes of providing the youth of the greater Lehigh Valley with their own musical organization whereby they may study and perform original symphony orchestra literature, as it was written by the composers, increasing the awareness and appreciation of symphonic music throughout the area, serving the Middle and Senior high school youth of the community, and cooperating with the schools in nourishing and developing high quality musicianship.

Participation in YPPLV programs remains subject to audition results, eligibility requirements, availability, and compliance with YPPLV policies.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

  • Cancel transactions resulting from pricing mistakes

7. Payment Methods

YPPLV accepts payment methods made available through its online payment processor, which may include:

Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. YPPLV does not store complete payment card information. 

8. Tuition, Refund, Cancellation, and Return Policy

  • Tuition payments are subject to YPPLV's Student Handbook policies. 

  • Event tickets may be non-refundable unless an event is canceled. 

  • Merchandise may be returned only if defective or incorrectly fulfilled. 

  • Donations are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Physical merchandise will be shipped to the address provided during purchase. 

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. 

10. Member-Only Content

Certain portions of the Website may be restricted to students, parents, volunteers, faculty, board members, or authorized users.
